Thankful and Blessed!

Wow! It has been a looong time since I posted to this site! Where did the time go?? Spring arrived on our farm, and life got really busy... new babies, moving cattle to pasture, checking fences, and yard work were just a few of the things that kept us hopping as the days grew longer and warmer. Before we knew it, summer was here, and our rolly-polly babies had already grown into lanky youngsters finding their ways to new homes or out exploring the wild-flower dotted pastures on our farm.

This past week, Steve and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary. Just like the weeks that flew by turning the fresh green buds of spring into the tall prairie grasses waving in the hot breath of summer, we wonder how the past 28 years have gone so quickly? And we feel amazed by all the blessings we have enjoyed. People, places and things chosen by God have come into our lives and blessed us in more ways than we could have imagined. We are thankful for the past 28 years we have had together, and we are looking forward to the future that God has for us.
